Franny Freud Delivers a Win at Belmont’s Prioress

During the past four victories, Garrett Gomez has lead Franny Freud into to the winner’s circle. Trainer John Terranova can be proud of his success, all the hard work has paid off. Leading a horse and rider team like this to victory, not once, but repeatedly, is a truly impressive feat. On Sunday, it was a particularly sweet victory as Franny and Gomez took the win with a staggeringly fast time of six furlongs in 1:10.11 on the fast track.
Franny paid out paid $3.40, $2.40 and $2.10. She was the 3-5 favorite during the race.
